A minimum of 15 GB of free space is advised to prevent crashes. Apple devices lack a direct App Store option due to ongoing legal disputes, leaving cloud-based services like Xbox Cloud Gaming and GeForce NOW as the only viable alternatives, contingent on stable internet connections and no local storage needs.
On the processing front, Epic’s latest guidance sets the minimum for PC play at an Intel Core i3-3225 or AMD FX-6300 processor, paired with an Intel HD 4000 or NVIDIA GT 710 graphics unit and 8 GB of RAM, running on Windows 10 64-bit or macOS Ventura. For a smoother experience at higher settings, a configuration with an Intel Core i5-7300U or AMD Ryzen 3 3300U CPU, NVIDIA GTX 960 or AMD R9 280 GPU and 16 GB of RAM is encouraged, along with an SSD and DirectX 11 or higher.
Android phones released in 2021 or later meet minimum performance standards with a Snapdragon 845 or superior chipset, Adreno 630 GPU and at least 4 GB of memory, though 6 to 8 GB is preferred for stable play. Supported devices automatically appear in the Epic Games App during download attempts.
Console platforms manage optimization internally: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch adjust settings and storage allocation to match available hardware, simplifying the process for players.
